The Stryker Performance-PRO XT (6086) is a premium manual ambulance cot engineered for reliable, ergonomic patient handling. With a lightweight aluminum X-frame and a 700 lb capacity, it delivers excellent maneuverability and stability in demanding EMS environments.
Its adjustable load-height system helps crews match various ambulance deck heights, reducing strain during loading and unloading. Duplicate foot-end lift controls, a side-release handle, and a retractable head section support smooth, efficient operation from multiple provider positions.

The Compatibility Kit allows the 6086 Performance-PRO XT to properly guide, load, and lock into your ambulance’s fastener system. It adds the required attachment points so the 6086 aligns smoothly with Power-LOAD (6390) or Performance-LOAD (6392) mounts, ensuring secure transport and full Stryker-approved compatibility. Without the kit, the 6086 may not engage the fastener correctly.
