The Hamilton Medical 161009 | HAMILTON-T1 Military Edition Transport Ventilator is a compact ICU-level ventilator configured for adult and paediatric critical-care transport. These Ex-Demo units have under 350 hours recorded on the hour meter, with most units showing fewer than 200 hours. Approximately 100 hours of recorded runtime may be attributable to Hamilton factory testing and quality-control procedures rather than clinical use.
Each ventilator is supplied with adult and paediatric ventilation, integrated SpO₂ and EtCO₂ monitoring, pressure-controlled and adaptive pressure-controlled ventilation modes, Ti Max, and Night Vision Mode. The package also includes twin batteries, an AC power supply, and a charging station.
High Flow Therapy, neonatal ventilation, and nCPAP are available separately as field-installed software upgrades and are not included in the standard configuration.

Key Performance Features
-
Factory Testing Runtime: Approximately 100 hours of the recorded runtime may be associated with manufacturer testing and quality-control procedures.
-
Adult & Paediatric Ventilation: Configured to support adult and paediatric patients without requiring the optional neonatal software package.
-
SpO₂ Monitoring: Includes integrated pulse-oximetry monitoring capability for displaying oxygen-saturation and pulse-rate information on the ventilator.
-
EtCO₂ Monitoring: Includes integrated end-tidal carbon-dioxide monitoring capability for continuous assessment of ventilation during transport.
-
Included Ventilation Modes: Configured with PCV+, (S)CMV+ / APVcmv, and SIMV+ / APVsimv ventilation modes.
-
Adaptive Pressure Ventilation: APVcmv and APVsimv automatically adjust inspiratory pressure between breaths to target the selected tidal volume according to the patient’s respiratory mechanics.
-
Ti Max Control: Includes a maximum inspiratory-time setting to help limit inspiratory duration during applicable ventilation modes.
-
Night Vision Mode: Allows the display brightness to be reduced for operation with compatible night-vision equipment in dark aircraft, vehicle, and field environments.
-
Integrated Turbine: Generates airflow internally without requiring an external compressed-air supply during transport.
-
Twin-Battery Configuration: Includes two batteries for extended operation and battery-supported transport away from AC power.
-
Complete Charging Package: Supplied with an AC power supply and charging station for routine charging and equipment readiness.
- Military Exterior Configuration: Features the discreet black-and-gray housing associated with the HAMILTON-T1 armed-forces configuration.
