The Ferno POWERFlexx is a powered ambulance cot designed for crews who need high capacity, reliability, and reduced physical strain. With its hydraulic dual-piston actuator and enhanced power management system, the cot maintains a strong charge for frequent use without swapping batteries.

An elongated X-frame, wide wheelbase, and optimized weight distribution improve stability, maneuverability, and patient comfort. Color-coded controls, an ergonomic operator-end control panel, and smooth hydraulic lifting make the POWERFlexx intuitive and efficient for daily EMS operations.

This cot is Stat Trac–compatible for secure vehicle fastener engagement (track not included). Eliminates the need to steer the cot when loading and unloading, reducing operator strain.
