The Medacure American Spirit ULB42 Fixed Width Series is a 4-function electric bed frame engineered for senior care and long-term care environments. The fixed 42-inch mattress deck provides additional sleeping surface width while maintaining an ultra-low operating profile that lowers to 9 inches from the floor deck to support resident safety.

The frame incorporates an adjustable sleep surface length from 80 inches to 88 inches and a full-electric operating system for head, foot, height, and auto contour adjustments. Multiple wood finish selections and assist bar/rail configuration options allow the bed to be configured to individual user requirements and care settings.
