The Masimo 2406 / Physio-Control 11171-000037 Rainbow RC-4 Patient Cable is a reusable 4-foot patient cable designed to connect compatible Masimo rainbow® and M-LNCS® sensors to supported monitoring platforms, including the LIFEPAK 15 Defibrillator/Monitor. Utilizing a 20-pin rainbow connector interface, the RC-4 serves as the communication link between the patient sensor and monitor, supporting continuous pulse oximetry and advanced rainbow SET® monitoring applications.
Unlike standard pulse oximetry cables that support SpO₂ monitoring alone, the Rainbow RC-4 is designed for use with Masimo rainbow technology, enabling advanced monitoring capabilities such as SpCO®, SpMet®, and SpHb® when paired with compatible rainbow sensors and supported monitoring systems. The cable also maintains compatibility with conventional M-LNCS sensors, allowing facilities to utilize a single cable platform across multiple patient monitoring applications.
