We are proud to offer extended service plans that provide maintenance and repair for ambulance/EMS equipment including stretchers and stair chairs.
Flat fee subscription packages include:
● Immediate Response ● Remote Repair Services/Tech Support ● Parts (subject to exclusions below) ● Unlimited Repairs During Life of Contract ● Additional Preventative Maintenance Procedures After Every Call
Excluded Parts: Soft Goods, including but not limited to: Accessories, Mattresses, Straps, Rubber Grips, Stair Chair Tracks, Plastic or Vinyl Backrest or Seat; Batteries, and Chargers. Electric and Hydraulic Systems for Ferno Power Cots are not covered. Equipment damaged as a result of accident or abuse is not covered. Equipment damaged or in need of repair prior to the effective date of this Agreement is not covered. However, we will quote and repair excluded items at the client's request.
